Terms and Conditions

Your Gift Card is subject to Terms and Conditions. A copy of the Cardholder Agreement is available here. The Terms and Conditions include a maintenance fee. Unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee will be deducted each month starting 12 months and 1 day after the card activation date, and on the date defined on the card back, your card account will expire and you will lose all rights in or to the card funds.

The Gift Card is accepted everywhere, apart from exceptions listed under each property, above.

The MGM MIRAGE Cards are subject to terms and conditions set forth on the MGM MIRAGE Card and in an accompanying Card Agreement. A $2.50 fee will be deducted from the MGM MIRAGE Card balance each month starting 12 months and 1 day after the MGM MIRAGE Card activation date. In addition, on the expiration date stated on the MGM MIRAGE Card, the MGM MIRAGE Card account will expire and the Cardholder will lose all rights in or to the funds on the MGM MIRAGE Card. The fee for replacing a lost, stolen or damaged MGM MIRAGE Card is $1.00. MGM MIRAGE Cards are redeemable only at participating Merchants at participating MGM MIRAGE Properties. For a list, visit: www.mgmmiragegiftcard.com. MGM MIRAGE Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash, credit or gaming activity. MGM MIRAGE Cards may not be used for advance hotel reservations, advance ticket sales or running open bar tabs. The maximum amount that can be loaded onto an MGM MIRAGE Card is $2,500.
